In August of 1997 I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage, Seattle, Washington, an 1,100 hour program . Since that time I have been an active, nationally certified, licensed massage therapist. A member of both the AMTA, www.amtamassage.org and NCBTMB, www.ncbtmb.org.
I completely love what I do and I'd like nothing more than to share with you the benefits of massage and healing. Over the course of 17 years I've trained in a number of techniques and during a session with me I may pull from any modality I feel would benefit you, the client. I maintain a balanced practice of acute or chronic injury treatment and theraputic nurturing bodywork. Currently I'm enrolled and pursuing a degree as a Licensed Acupuncturist here in the beautiful state of Alaska. You can view Alaska Institute of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture & Massage Therapy website at, www.AKInstitute.com for more info.
I have a wonderful husband and two amazing daughters! We spend as much time as possible in the outdoors exploring and enjoying. We have many interests and hobbies and are active, healthy, and happy.
A mantra I try to practice daily is to stay present and live with peace in the moment. Try not to dwell on the past or get anxious about the future. Keep things simple. May peace and love go with you at all times.
Namaste
